Once you complete your basic Red Cross training and have spent time responding to local disasters, you may be ready to deploy on national disaster relief operations. Several members of the Inland Northwest Chapter have deployed to areas such as Georgia, Texas, and the Gulf Coast to assist with sheltering, technology needs, and nursing/mental health.
